Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

• The Contest is organised by KOSÉ Singapore Pte. Ltd. and is open to all Eligible Participants. Through your participation in the Contest, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
• By ‘Eligible Participant’ we mean any person who, is at least 18 years of age and is currently a resident and/or citizen of Singapore, submits a Qualifying Entry to KOSÉ's digital platform during the Contest Period, excluding the following:
• Employees of KOSÉ Singapore and its subsidiaries, affiliates and immediate families;
• Employees of KOSÉ Singapore partners, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotions agencies and persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Contest; and
• Any other persons that KOSÉ Singapore may decide to exclude at its sole and absolute discretion without notice and without furnishing a reason.

• A ‘Qualifying Entry’ means each Eligible Participant has to
• Login to the microsite using their personal Facebook account
• Take a snapshot and/or upload an image of themselves, in their most creative pose to the microsite
• Decorate their image with a customised frame provided, upload and share their image in the gallery to qualify as an entry. Multiple uploads are allowed.
• The completion and validity of each entry, along with particulars of Eligible Participants, shall be determined at KOSÉ Singapore’s sole discretion.
• Only entries that are completed and correct as deemed by KOSÉ Singapore to fulfil all the above-mentioned requirements will be considered as a qualified entry and be eligible for a chance to win a prize.
• The ‘Contest Period’ is from 18 April 2016, Monday to 29 May 2016, Sunday.
• KOSÉ Singapore’s decision shall be final. No further correspondence will be entertained.

The Contest

• During the ‘Contest Period’ each Eligible Participant is required to upload or provide an answer for the relevant games on the KOSÉ Singapore microsite, as well as any other information as requested by KOSÉ Singapore.
• Eligible Participants stand to win up to SGD$3,000 worth of KOSÉ Singapore products and other prizes.
• Week 1 Prize/s (3 winners) KOSÉ SEKKISEI Herbal Gel (50g) (worth $56)
• Week 2 Prize/s (3 winners) KOSÉ Vouchers (worth SGD$50 each)
• Week 3 Prize/s (3 winners) KOSÉ SEKKISEI Lotion (500ml) (worth $205)
• Week 4 Prize/s (3 winners) KOSÉ SEKKISEI Lotion (500ml) (worth $205)
• Week 5 Prize/s (3 winners) KOSÉ Hamper (worth up to SGD$300)
• Week 6 Prize/s (3 winners) KOSÉ Hamper (worth up to SGD$300)
• Each Qualifying Entry is also eligible to redeem one free SEKKISEI Herbal Gel 6g sample, and is limited to one redemption during the entire Contest Period.
• ‘Winners’ will be decided on the basis of having the most creative image uploaded to the gallery, and will be judged at the sole and absolute discretion of KOSÉ Singapore.
• Winners will be announced on the KOSÉ Singapore microsite and KOSÉ Singapore Facebook page, and will only be able to win a prize once.
• Winners will be contacted via details provided as a Qualifying Entry. A phone call verification of their identity may be made.
• Winners will be required to confirm within 5 business days from the day of the KOSÉ Singapore winner announcement post. If Winner does not respond within 5 business days, KOSÉ Singapore reserves the right to select another Winner, forfeit the prize and/or donate the prize to charity.
• Winners are advised to bring a proof of identification when they collect their prizes from KOSÉ Singapore at KOSÉ Singapore, 1 Kim Seng Promenade, #12-12 Great World City, West Tower before 30 June 2016, 9am-5pm.
• Samples and prizes received may not be resold or exchanged for cash.
• Participants requesting for samples will be notified by email 1-2 weeks upon submitting their particulars should they qualify to receive. Available while stocks last.
• KOSÉ Singapore reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Participants if, in KOSÉ Singapore’s sole discretion, submission details and entries are considered incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, corrupted or if Eligible Participants failed to provide particulars within the indicated period of 5 business days from the day of the KOSÉ Singapore winner announcement post.
• If Eligible Participants are disqualified at any point in time, for any reason whatsoever in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Eligible Participants shall be deemed disqualified from any future as well as all past entries and submissions, and accordingly, shall not be entitled to win any prizes and/or participate in the Contest.
• Any submissions received after the Contest Period stated will not qualify for the competition and/or be considered for prizes.
• Multiple entries from each participant are accepted, but each Eligible Participant is only entitled to win one prize during the entire Contest Period.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for any other item, and shall be the subject of such terms and conditions, which KOSÉ Singapore may at its sole and absolute discretion withdraw and/or substitute any prize with any other item of similar value without notice and without furnishing any reason. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred in relation to the prize.
• By participating in this contest, you agree to relinquish the copyright of your entry to KOSÉ Singapore and allow KOSÉ Singapore to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry in any media now or hereafter known that will include, but not limited to:
• Website, Facebook page, Instagram, and other online platforms.
• Corporate videos;
• Promotional and/or Marketing Materials

• The receipt by you, if you are a Winner, of any prize, is conditional upon compliance with any and all Singapore’s governing laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions.
• Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind from KOSÉ Singapore, express or implied, save where this would be contrary to applicable law. Actual prizes by KOSÉ Singapore may differ from those shown anywhere in or during the contest. You shall not make any claims or demands in this regard.
• Winners have to exercise their prize personally. Should a Winner not be able to participate personally to exercise their prize, his/her prize will be forfeited, and an alternative participant may be selected in his/her place.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram.

Participation

• Without prejudice to the rest of these Terms and Conditions, by participating in the Contest, you acknowledge and agree to:
• The disclosure of any information relating to such participant or provided by such participant, to any person involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Contest and any regulatory, supervisory or other government authority or body, court of law or tribunal, in any other jurisdiction, where such disclosure is required by law, regulation, judgment or order of court or of any tribunal;
• The usage of your name, personal particulars, likeness and photographs for any advertising, promotional and publicity activities relating to or in connection with the Contest and in such manner at such place as KOSÉ Singapore may determine at its sole and absolute discretion;
• All entries shall become the sole property of KOSÉ Singapore. KOSÉ Singapore reserves the right to use these entries/answers, content and information in any manner it deems fit, without the need represents and warrants that all materials submitted do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that he/she has the full and unrestricted right to transfer the said materials to KOSÉ Singapore free and clear of any claims or encumbrances. The participant further agrees to hold KOSÉ Singapore and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, costs and damages and hereby waives any right to pursue any claims of any nature arising in connection.
• Your entries/answers will be deemed as made by authorized account holder of the social media website from which entry is submitted. Winner may be requested to provide with proof that Winner is authorized account holder and an Eligible Participant. You will not register or enter with multiple email addresses or use any other person’s other device or artifice to register/enter multiple identities. If you attempt to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities you will be disqualified or you forfeit any prize won, at the sole discretion of KOSÉ Singapore.

• Each Winner shall, if required by KOSÉ Singapore:
• attend any prize presentation and participate in any advertising, promotional and publicity activities relating to or in connection with the Contest; and/or
• provide his/her original identification/passport for verification of proof of eligibility for receipt of a prize.

General

• The Contest is organized by KOSÉ Singapore. Nothing here shall be taken to imply that any 3rd Party through its products and/or services are endorsing or have endorsed or are associated with KOSÉ Singapore.
• All particulars submitted by each participant shall be made in full and frank disclosure. Any misrepresentation may result in disqualification, forfeiture or withdrawal of any prize won in KOSÉ Singapore’s sole discretion.
• If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, you shall be disqualified from the Contest and any other contest organised by KOSÉ Singapore or have your prize forfeited as determined by KOSÉ Singapore at its sole discretion.
• KOSÉ Singapore shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Contest and the acceptance and use of the prize, howsoever caused (including without limitation any error in the allocation of chances, breakdown or malfunction in any online transmissions, computer system or equipment, any misdirected or lost notice and any act or omission by any person). KOSÉ Singapore makes no warranties, representations or guarantee either expressed or implied regarding any prize including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• KOSÉ Singapore shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide on all matters relating to or in connection with the Contest (including but not limited to eligibility and the conduct of the Contest) and such decision(s) shall be final and binding on all participants. KOSÉ Singapore shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the Contest.
• KOSÉ Singapore may at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate the Contest or vary any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and without furnishing any reason.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other material relating to or in connection with the Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore laws, and the participants of the Contest shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. This Contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where its operation is prohibited by law.
