Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
