SHIPPING & DELIVERY

<DELVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES>

Delivery charges are per order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

<SINGAPORE DELIVERY CHARGES>

Orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

<Order Total>

  • Below $50: $5
  • $50 and above: Free

*Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
*Orders placed after cut-off time will be processed the next working day.

 

<DELIVERY TIMELINE>

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • peak periods (e.g. campaigns, promotions)
  • courier delays
  • unforeseen circumstances

 

<FAILED DELIVERY / RE-DELIVERY>

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts:

  • Additional re-delivery charges may apply
  • Orders may be cancelled without refund of shipping fees

 

<ORDER TRACKING>

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be provided via email.

 

<RISK & LIABILITY>

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

However, if your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us and we will reasonably assist in resolving the issue.

 

<RETURN & DELIVERY RELATIONSHIP>

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Delivery delays do not extend the return eligibility period, which starts from the date of delivery

If your item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

Please contact us within the return period for assistance.
